The Yoga & Hiking retreat offers you a unique experience of hiking and yoga. You can visit some of the world's most scenic hiking destinations and the idyllic nature of Norway, with its fjords, beautiful waterfalls, majestic mountains, and breathtaking views will leave you feeling awe. This active retreat is an excellent way to revitalize yourself and return to your daily life feeling fresh and ready to take on new challenges. Guided hiking tours are every day different. We will walk 5-8 km, elevation 400-700 m.a.s.l. with slow pace and breaks. The daily yoga you do during the retreat provides a good start for the day and helps you regenerate from the physical challenges of the hikes. This helps you stay fit and will make you return home completely relaxed after your hiking and yoga holiday. After this week, you will have experienced fantastic hiking trails, improved your yoga skills and met like-minded people.
