Upon arrival at our base - the Pudú Lodge -, passengers will meet their mountain guide who will give them a brief description of the program and will also check the clothing and physical condition of the participants. Then continue vehicle through the valley of the Rio de las Vueltas to the White River, where we find the Hosteria El Pilar, there we will start a walk with AAGM mountain guide, passing through the Piedras Blancas Glacier, Camp. Poincenot, Mount Fitz Roy, to the Capri Lagoon, where we will find our Base Camp. There they wait for us to enjoy a hot lunch, and then continue to El Chalten where we will arrive at 5PM. This option requires physical effort, it is only recommended for people in good condition and with appropriate clothing to walk in the mountains. The walk is about 6 hours. Around 5pm we will arrive at El Chalten to meet again with the rest of the group and undertake the return to Calafate.

• Transfer from Calafate to Chaltén. Transfer to Estancia El Pilar, 6-hour trekk from Rio Blanco to Laguna Capri through the Piedras Blancas Glacier, Camp. Poincenot, Mount Fitz Roy. • 7:30 am from Calafate, we will take the mythical Route 40 along Lake Argentino, cross the Santa Cruz River (Here we will tell Darwin's experiences with Fitz Roy going up this river until very close there), then we will continue until Río La Leona, where we will pass through its canyon until arriving after 1 hour 15 minutes, to the old hotel of the Paso La Leona route (almost a museum of Route 40), where you can have coffee with homemade cakes, from there we will continue bordering the Lake Viedma - having the Andes Mountains in the background (Including Fitz Roy and the Tower). Before reaching the town we will stop at the Viedma Glacier viewpoint from where you can see a beautiful panoramic view of the Glacier, the Cordillera and the emblematic Cerro Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre. We will arrive at the mountain village of El Chaltén after 3 hours of travel, having traveled 220 kms.
