Learn to cook in the kitchen of a cozy café a creative Irish meal from recipes passed down through your local host Janine’s family and friends. Janine is a professional chef, culinary school instructor and freelance journalist with a degree in political science and a true passion for food. Your hands-on cooking class involves making three traditional dishes from scratch and will last about an hour. You may learn to make a traditional brown bread, an entrée and a dessert or cheese such as ricotta. You will enjoy learning about creative ways to cook Irish cuisine and plating dishes before you sit down at the table to share the meal you helped prepare with Janine and her friend Lucy.
