This day trip takes us back to ancient times. We'll leave the modern town of Timișoara to visit the remains of the capital of the once mighty kingdom of Dacia. The ruins are hidden in the mountains of Orăștie and gives us the opportunity to take a nice little hike of about 30 minutes in mountain air to reach the site. Add to this some tasty traditional Romanian food for a perfect day!
