Taste over 10 flavors of our award winning hot sauces while learning about the various peppers used and what foods and recipes to pair them with. Guests will record each sauce tasted in a hot sauce journal and enjoy their favorite sauces on chicken wings and an assortment of cheese, crackers and veggies. Guests will also sample a features craft beer or seltzer from a local brewery, play trivia for some hot swag and also shop in our market for local artisan foods and gifts. Guest get to keep their tasting journal and also choose one bottle of their favorite hot sauce to take home with them.
