Isola Polvese is an oasis of tranquility within the Trasimeno Regional Park. The large green meadows, the centuries-old olive groves, the numerous historical testimonies represent an ideal and stimulating context for environmental education activities with schools and groups. The groups will be guided by environmental education professionals with a deep knowledge of the area and its history. The operators have consolidated experience and a deep knowledge of research-action methods to actively involve the students. The Isola Polvese CEA, as an Environmental Education Center recognized by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of the Environment, guarantees the quality of services. The Umbria Region certifies the activities and structures of the CEA in order to guarantee excellent standards for the users of the Center.
