The hotel is situated at the coast of Oiso which is between two famous tourist cities, Kamakura and Hakone. It takes 10 minutes by taxi or public bus from JR Oiso station to the hotel. From the station, it takes 60 minutes to Shinagawa and 20 minutes to Odawara, both are the stations for bullet trains. (Tokaido Shinkansen) From Odawara, it takes 15 minutes by train to Hakoneyumoto, gateway of famous Hakone. By car, it takes approximately 25 minutes to Hakoneyumoto. Kamakura, a sightseeing spot with historical sites, is approximately. 30 minutes train ride from Oiso station.

There are two restaurants, Chinese and French, and a lounge. Guests are able to see swimming pools from the lounge and the French restaurant.
