The Origins Supplier dinners allow you to learn about where food comes from, whether it's organic beef from Peelham Farm, organic dairy from Mossgiel, or sustainable seafood from Belhaven Smokehouse.
• Dine on a 6-course tasting menu featuring local ingredients that come directly from the suppliers
• Guests are welcome to BYOB (although a small drinks list is also available) and each evening will also start with a welcome drink using artisan Gin and a seasonal mixer
• In the heart of Edinburgh
• Private communal dining for up to 14 people
• Steve is Head of Education for Edinburgh Food Social and has taught cooking around the world for over 10 years
About your host, Steve: "Edinburgh Food Social is a social enterprise teaching people about local, seasonal ingredients. We are passionate about sustainability and provenance and look forward to sharing our love of Scottish food and cooking with you. We cook simple, traditional food in a relaxed setting- we hope that you can join us."
