The oil is called the green gold of Puglia and the countryside of Ostuni is characterized by the plane of olive trees. We will take a walk in the centuries-old olive grove near the farm in which we will see some ancient olive trees , we will visit an ancient underground oil mill, place of oil production and I will provide you with various information about the cultivation and production of the same. We will also taste three types of apulian extra virgin olive oil accompanied by local bread.
