This Tours is focused on all the amazing Volcanology this island has to offer! First we visit Algar do Carvão, an unique volcanic cone that can be visited from the inside making it unique in the world! We then visit the island hotsprings and the amazing Natal Cave which is a lava tube that you can visit from the inside. The majority of this tour is around the island big caldera which not only has our wild bulls living in it but also the biggest native plant collection on the Azores! Both of the Caves are included in the final price! The island Caves open on afternoon time (14pm - 18pm summer / 1430pm - 1730pm winter) which means this tour starts at 14pm local time. During rainy days there's a chance the trails might be muddy, so bring confortable shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
