In individual support: The sessions consist of a time of exchange, a time of practice and a new time of exchange in order to put words on the feelings. In group practice, fully adapted to sophrology for all people (children, adults, the elderly) who do not initially feel the need for personalized support and who prefer to join a group as they wish. Various themes will be offered to you such as sleep, perinatal period, letting go, tinnitus, sexuality, stress management, learning to calm down etc ... On Saturdays, we invite you to enjoy a sophisticated tasting, which is done around either regional wines or fresh fruit juices (carrots, spinach, ginger, orange, lemon, etc.).
