The kitchen and dining area are out in the open, in the middle of Inle Lake, with stunning views of the floating garden and mountains in the background! Join your hosts in their open, outdoor kitchen to cook authentic Shan dishes. This is a hands-on class, where you will learn to make 2-3 Burmese dishes from scratch.
