SUPYOGA IS AN EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE The session is perfect is you want to performing Yoga on the board, it starts with an energizing warm up and then easy Asanas to improve your body-mind and willpower.  A unique experience in Lanzarote, led by our certified teacher, you will experience new sensations and a better body consciousness. Barbara will guide you and will be attentive to any need, everything is carried out in absolute safety, you can try to get out of your comfort zone and find out how easy it is to appreciate new experiences. Moreover it is an activity that we only do all over the island with a qualified teacher in Yoga and Stand up paddle.
