To most typical Greek breakfast is just a cup of coffee and maybe a koulouri (the Greek bagel). However our grandparents used to have what is called "dekatiano". "Deka" in Greek means ten so dekatiano was a quick and simple meal, such as some cheese and a koulouri (the Greek bagel) people used to eat around 10 o'clock to keep them full until lunch. Our brunch menu will be quite different and far more interesting from which our grandparents used to eat. - You will learn to cook from scratch at least 5 traditional Greek dishes - We will provide you the recipes and the best local ingredients - Under our directions you will learn the secrets of traditional Greek cuisine so you will be able to recreate the whole menu back home. After our class you will take with you - the recipes so you can recreate the whole experience back home - tips and hints to make your stay in Athens even better - memories from one of the best meals you had in Athens
