These ripe, abundant grapes are then collected and handled with care and love before being transformed by the apparent magic of a master into wine. This is what happens every year in the Savalan valley. Tour Schedule: 8:00 – pick up from any address within Baku 10:30 – tea break (Samovar tea) with local baklava 11:30 – short break at Nohurgol lake 12:15 – be in Savalan – vineyards, wine cellar, wine museum, wine-tastings with snacks 14:15 – finish with winery 14:30 – lunch at local family 15:30 – leave to Baku 19:00 – be in Baku
