The option 2 includes only a tour guide outside the castle in an analysis not only historic of this but also of the surrounding area. In the option 1 with taste, in addition to the tour guide outside the castle, there will be also a visit to a vineyard of the area (5 km from the castle) where you will try the wine made by those grapes as well as some local products such as the "burrata" and the "taralli".
