One of the best places for having a vacation in the spurs of the Kyrgyz ridge is Issyk Ata gorge. It is located 77 kilometres from the Bishkek сity. The mountain slopes are dotted with a huge number of green meadows, there are different types of trees around: juniper, mountain ash, various shrubs, fruit trees. This place is famous for the highest quality of local water, this water attracts many visitors and some of them make pilgrimages to this area.
On the way to the pass, there are lakes with turquoise-milk water with the amazing landscape. In the central part of the gorge at an altitude of 1775, there are more than 50 thermal springs. As the springs have healing property, there is a resort of the same name as gorge, many locals come here with healthcare purposes.
Issyk-Ata Gorge is an ideal destination for nature lovers with amazing views and swimming opportunities in thermal springs.
