We are a cool mother and daughter duo in love with travel, fried dough and our grandma! Born and bred in Romania with itchy feet and sharp curiosity, we travelled extensively around the world and enjoyed the company of all the people who crossed our paths. Yet, the most memorable times were those spent in the company of local families with kids. Everybody was having a wonderful time while discovering and learning new things about the local culture. Through this experience, we wish to welcome you into our home, treat you with grandma's delicious "scovergi" and our honest, unadulterated hospitality. My daughter is 9 years old, fluent in English and very keen to meet and play with other children. Mind you, if the word spreads that grandma is baking "scovergi", the other members of the "pack" may join us (including my 12 year-old nephew, fluent in English, as well). So, if you're looking for a fun family evening, Romanian style, you've come to the right place!
