This is a private day tour from Bucharest to Transylvania on a very picturesque route through the Carpathian Mountains. You will discover the Princely Court of Târgoviște, the place where Vlad the Impaler reigned. This city was the Capital of Wallachia (Romanian country) for 300 years. Here were printed the first books in romanian language. Next stop will be at Mateiaş Mausoleum. This is a monument dedicated to the heroes of the War of National Unification between 1916-1918. Here the Romanian army managed to resist from September to November 1916. Then we will drive through the forests to the Dâmbovicioarei Cave. We will have a walk through the cave that is millions of years old and we will admire the stacts and the poles. Continuing to Bran Castle, the inspiration behind Bram Stoker’s literary sensation, book Dracula. We will visit Dracula's Castle and tell about the werewolves, spitites, ghosts and the history of the place. In the evening we will return to Bucharest.
