ENJOY.... You will explore specific locations in the Old Town that can be difficult to find. You will learn of a sensational Royal murder and the brutal legacy of the Edinburgh Plague! In Greyfriars I will reveal the dark secrets of various locations within the kirkyard you would most probably otherwise never know of. Marvel at our unique architecture, both in life and death!

Logistics Instructions

Start location : Walking to meeting point best. We meet outside the main entrance to St Giles Cathedral on the Royal Mile. I will be there to meet you, wearing tartan trousers and waving a skull and crossbones flag. I will also be wearing a blue name badge hanging from my neck.

End location : We finish our exploration of all things dark and ghost like in the graveyard. The main entrance - which is seconds away from our last stop - leads onto a main road, George IV Bridge. Within three minutes you will be back on the Royal Mile.
