The program begins with the pick-up at the Hotels in El Calafate, after traveling 220 km at 11h we will arrive at our destination. Between 11 am and 3 pm free time is available to tour the national trekking capital. At 3 pm passengers meet and the development of the activity will be explained. The required technical equipment will be provided to each passenger: Once the passengers are equipped, the guide will give a talk about technique and safety of the activity, embark and start the activity in the water. The first area consists of four kilometers of calm waters with the Fitz Roy behind us; Ideal area to get acquainted with the raft, the river and practice the necessary rowing techniques. The second zone is that of the canyon. Once the initial rapid is avoided, we will find a succession of fun and exciting rapids for 8 km. We finished the descent with an area of 2 kms of calm waters.

Between 11h00 and 15h00 there is free time to tour the national capital of trekking. Information on the different walks or on the points of interest of El Chalten, can be obtained at the National Parks Administration.
• At 3:00 p.m. the passengers meet again at the meeting point and head towards the base of operations where they will welcome and explain the development of the activity.
• Once the passengers are equipped, they are transferred to the entrance area to the river, where the guide will give a talk about technique and safety of the activity, then embark and start the activity in the water. The first area consists of four kilometers of calm and meandering waters with the Fitz Roy behind us; Ideal area to get acquainted with the raft, the river and practice the necessary rowing techniques.
• The second zone is that of the canyon. Once the initial rapid is avoided, we will find a succession of fun and exciting rapids for 8 km.
• We finished the descent with an area of 2 kms of calm waters. At the end of the tour our vehicle will be waiting for us to take us back to El Chaltén. Return to El Calafate at approximately 9:30 p.m.
