The Homemade Pasta class is a group lesson where you will be learning how to make a fresh egg pasta and fresh water pasta, three sauces, and dessert. You will learn the secrets of making excellent Italian fresh pasta, a staple in Italian culture. At the end, you will enjoy the authentic dishes you created, accompanied by a Tuscan wine in the Florentine style wine cellar, dating back to 1300- 1400.
