Start location : U-Bahn-Station Meßberg (U1 - blue line), Exit Deichtorhallen, small bridge "Wandrahmsteg"

End location : At the end of the tour your tour guide will introduce you to the concert hall in front of the Elbphilharmonie. Then you will receive your Plaza ticket and can go to the Plaza without waiting in line and stay there as long as you like.
