Samsara Trekking offers a day mindfulness hiking in Nagarjun- Sivapuri National Park, in Kathmandu valley throughout the year. The hiking route was once a secluded site of meditation practice for Maha Siddhas, such as Nagarjuna, Gorakshapada, Atisa, and more. The hike offers a visit to spiritual sites with spectacular panoramic view of Himalayan Range in the north; and the bird-eyes view of Kathmandu valley with terraced fields. Hikers get to know everyday life of the locals. Abundance of flora and fauna with species of rare birds is a bonus. The hike offers firsthand experience of human & Nature interbeing. The mindfulness hiking is equally suitable for adult, family with kids, and school students. Mindful hiking is organized upon your request, seven days a week.
