Yoga and Meditation Experience is a 02 Hours day experience where guests get to learn the basics as well as experience the depth of Yoga and Meditation. An experienced qualified Yoga teacher will guide the guests through Yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation. This is an Yoga experience where we provide Yoga session and serve Yogic Satvik Breakfast/Dinner.
