Come along to this mindfulness hike with some of the best views of the north of Mallorca. Our hike will be about 6 km while we practise mindfulness along the way. Experience mindfulness outdoors in the beautiful nature of Mallorca. Calm your mind and emotions and simply relax. Take in the views and the tranquility. Many participants have said, it was a perfect start into their holiday on Mallorca. You will be able to enjoy the panoramic views over the bay of Alcudia as well as the bay of Pollensa. And in good weather you will also be able to see the island of Menorca in the distance. Being a certified mindfulness teacher I will offer you mindfulness experiments along the way and give you guidance regarding your questions about your mindfulness-practise. I will also provide you with may insider tipps around the north of Mallorca.
