Palmeraie and Gardens tour is an invitation to discover the famous gardens in Marrakech-Oasis and offer a tranquil escape from the chaos of The city. First garden to enjoy is Majorelle “ created by a Morocco-loving French painter, Jacques Majorelle, and preserved by another Frenchman: fashion designer Yves Saint-Laurent”, a safe haven with magnificent botanical’ diversity and special blue color. The pleasure continue on visiting Menara garden, established during the twelfth century, still preserving a great green space, lake and Pavillon with a magnificent Atlas mountain view in the background. We will not miss “la Palmeraie”, covering more than 13,000 hectares, realized under the Almoravides dynasty, this great oasis of palms is irrigated with a traditional canalization system dating from the 12th century known as “khettaras”. La palmeraie, this green lung of the ocher city, is also a luxury residential area with magnificent sites, Palaces, hotels, prestigious villas and golf.
