Menu can be: zucchini flowers filled with mozzarella, fresh tagliatelle with bolognese sauce, ravioli filled with ricotta and spinaches or pumpkin, potatoes gnocchi, parmigiana eggplants,milanese saffron risotto, veal ossobuco, lamb in roman style, cod fish in Venezia style with polenta,pizza or panzerotti from Naples, tiramisu, chocolate mousse, panna cotta with strawberry When you book, if you are the first to book that day, I will contact you to let you CHOOSE THE MENU of four recipes. After 2 hours of cooking class enjoy your dinner or lunch with red/white wine, limoncello liquor and espresso coffee and new friends.
