• Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid visa / travel documents. In case entry is refused by immigration or any passenger is deported, we will not be liable, and no refund can be given towards the booking.
• The Meet & Assist executives cannot interfere during government regulated procedures eg. Immigration, Customs and Security
• For airport transfer, no child seats or baby capsules are provided; infants must be seated on the lap of an adult.
• Flight and hotel details must be provided at the time of booking (including flight times and number, as well as hotel name and address)
• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
• We reserve the right to charge additional fee, in case the flight is delayed over one (1) hour from the Scheduled Time of Arrival.

Logistics Instructions

Start location : Our executive will be standing at the exit of the aerobridge holding a paging board with the name of the lead guest on it. We will escort the guest in an electric cart, then assist with immigration and to luggage belt where a porter will assist with the guest luggage till the waiting car.

End location : Once you exit the airport , our car will drop you to any hotel / guest house / residence within Mumbai city.
