Alasdair is an experienced massage therapist offering Trigger Point Therapy, Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage. Alasdair has been personally involved in a number of high-impact exercise activities including triathlon, cycling, soccer and more recently yoga. In his treatments, Alasdair incorporates his knowledge of the physical impact of sport—providing effective results using myofascial release, stretching and an understanding of joints and mobility.
