We start with welcome taste, the right break is in front of a "tarallo 'nzogna e pepe" (lard and pepper), accompanied by a good glass of wine. Leaving behind Piazza Dante we are ready for the appetizer and can not be done without tasting the "frittatina 'e maccarun" (pasta omelette), crispy and succulent always on display inside the windows of the fryers. Walking through the lanes, you have to make space, and this time sitting and relaxing, to another product of Neapolitan cuisine, to be precise 'o Rraù (Naples' Ragù). Resuming our route "not yet satiated", we will discover the symbol of our tradition of street food.
