The session is hands-on and interactive. All cooking techniques are safe and easily replicable. Ingredients used shall be well described and travellers choose to pick the ingredients themselves from the local market or our kitchen garden. All kinds of food preferences can be catered. We need prior information on allergies, vegetarian preferences. We love to have inputs from guests and create memorable experiences, speaking about history and culture around the food we eat.
