Troy Carriages have been providing fun, enjoyable, and professional horse drawn cab rides and novelty tours in and around Central Park NYC since the early 2000s. Max. Occupancy: Up to 4 Adults / 3 Adults & 2 Children/ 2 Adults & 4 Children / 1 Adult & 6 Children per Carriage! By law, all carriages must stop working and be brought back to the stable if the temperature reaches 89°F in the summer and drops to 19°F in the winter, as well as in the adverse (humid, storm, etc. ) weather conditions. Then the rides may be re-arranged or the payment can be refunded. Thank you for your cooperation!
