The Skadarsee is a true natural paradise with its largely untouched shores, fjords formed by rivers in the northern part of the lake and, in contrast, the rocky, rugged and barren rocky shores and island landscapes to the south. On this hike we are on the way in the upper part of the lake and enjoy uniquely beautiful views of the lush green floodplain areas and the mountain panorama. In the mill village of Poseljani and in abandoned hamlets you will encounter traces of the culture and the hard life of earlier times Nature lovers will be delighted by the rich flora, with a little luck reptiles and amphibians, special butterflies and interesting birds can be observed. Refreshment is offered by a swim in the cozy basin of the cascades near the mill village or a dip in the lake on the boat trip back to Virpazar. A fine lunch or a coffee stop in the Relja bay provide culinary enrichment and are an opportunity to meet locals.
