• The tour inside the Hermitage Museum is private and will be catered only to your group. Canals & river boat cruise will be done on a public boat and your guide will accompany you during the cruise. On a boat you may be given audio-guides which are included in the price. Audio-guides are optional and are not guaranteed.

• This tour is not available for cruise ship passengers
• After you leave the Hermitage museum you can't come back using the same tickets.
• Please note the visit to the Hermitage does not include the collection of impressionists and post-impressionists which moved to the new General Staff building.
• Transfer to the museum which will be done by taxi is included and can be organized only if your hotel is located in the city center of St Petersburg (2-5 km away from both museums). For the guests who are not staying in a hotel or staying in a hotel which is more than 5 km from the city center, the meeting place must be negotiated with a Supplier.
• There is only 1 boat cruise which offers English-speaking audio guide system for its' passengers and your guide will accompany you during the cruise. We normally offer this option because all other cruises has a commentary in Russian language and it can be very loud/noisy what brings discomfort. If a cruise with English speaking audio guide is not available, another public boat will be offered (with Russian commentary) and your private guide will accompany you during the tour.
• This tour usually starts with visit to the Hermitage Museum. If you don't send any requests with your wish, it is up to Supplier to decide where this tour begins.
