I'm Katia and me and my uncle Fulvio run the Tuscan cooking class in our family farmhouse. We are 4 km far from the fantastic town of San Gimignano and we teach you how to prepare a real Tuscany meal but most important we teach you how the food should taste. Your meal will be a celebration and a fantastic time to spent in a real Tuscany family. We'll make a lot of typical Tuscany antipasti, then we prepare first courses, and we make one type of pasta hand made, two different sauces for pasta, and then a second course with meat. New entry truffle hunting with cooking class; we organize truffle hunting only on advanced cooking class. You’ll meet your guide two hours before the cooking class, go to the forest looking for truffles and at 11:30 we’ll start with the cooking lesson and we’ll use truffles.
