We'll begin by tasting and learning about three different types of traditional alcohol: takju(a milky rice wine) cheongju(a clear rice wine)also known as yakju; and soju(a clear distilled spirit made from rice, wheat, or barley) After our tasting, I will teach you all about the brewing process so you'll be able to try it when you return home.
