There is an open-air fair-trade market on Tuesdays in the small village of Zadvarje, about a 45min ride from Split. Join me for a visit to this exceptional part of Dalmatian hinterland. You will have a chance to experience a true local event strolling through authentic products. Handmade natural herbal creams, Mediterranean tea plants picked around the county, traditional snacks, drinks, domestic animals and all kinds of tools will be presented to you. We will have a chance to meet one of the locals who makes “soparnik” - local savoury pie with swiss chard and garlic. You'll find out how it is made and have a taste of it. I’m quite sure you will love this local specialty. After visiting the market, we will stop and enjoy a swim stop in an astonishing Cetina river canyon. Join me in this adventure and allow me to show you my piece of paradise in Dalmatian inland.
