My cooking class is done at my home in a small and intimate group. We'll cook everything together with my guidance, but you'll do most of the cooking yourself. I'll teach you how to use different techniques to cook in an easy and efficient way that you'll easily be able to redo back home. I'll teach you how to pick your ingredients and you'll get some of the spices we'll use to take back home with you. Through the cooking class, you'll learn about the Israeli cuisine and the Israeli culture (that revolves a lot around food). The menu will be adjusted to your preferences (meat-eaters, pescatarian, vegetarians and vegans and any other dietary restrictions).
