Yoko opened her cooking studio in 1997. She teaches recipes from all over the world to over 80 students a month including a famous Japanese celebrity. In this class, we will offer a Japanese style home cooking recipes that is 100% plant-based.Her class's principles are "quick", "easy to cook" and "reasonable ingredients". all meals can be made in less than 20 minutes and you can get ingredients anywhere at affordable prices.
