• Suitable for all physical fitness levels
• Our Northern Lights Big Bus chase requires a minimum of 15 participants to continue. If the trip needs to be cancelled, for example because of safety reasons or because we have not reached the minimum number of participants, the validity of your pass will be extended by 1 day.
• This is a group tour with a maximum of 50 guests.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Our tour operates on all weather conditions. We often see the best Northern Light displays on nights when the weather forecast is worst.
• Our chase for clear sky may include long hours of driving.
• No matter if the sky is clear or not, we may not see the Northern Lights.
• Pictures often depict Northern Lights stronger than we may see them with our eyes.
• There are no refunds or free trips if we don’t see the Northern Lights or if you fail to meet us at the meeting point on time.
• The 7-Night Aurora Pass is valid for seven consecutive days from your chosen starting date.
• We do not operate on 05-Nov-2018, 21-Jan-2019 and 4-Mar-2019.
• The 7-Night Aurora Pass is strictly non-transferable. Violation of this term will result in immediate termination of the pass with no refund.
• For each day that you wish to make use of the pass, you must confirm your attendance before 12:00 o'clock noon the same day. This can be easily done by contacting us via e-mail, live chat on our website, or by visiting our shop at Storgata 64. Should you confirm your participation but not join the chase, your pass will become invalid without the possibility of a refund.
• Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, Chasing Lights reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.
