Through this tour we will meet the famous region of the Casablanca Valley, where, due to its cold weather, it has given it the title of ideal conditions for certain types of wine. Here we can visit Viña La Emiliana, which is dedicated to making wines in a sustainable way, and Viña La Recova, a boutique vineyard that is dedicated to making wines by hand from a single strain: sauvignon blanc.
