• Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
• Children must be accompanied by an adult. If you would like your infant to have a seat of their own, please select a child fare.
• Stollers can be stored under the bus for no additional charge as long as they can be folded by the traveler, weigh less than 50lbs, and do not have a motor.
• Certified Guide Dogs can accompany an individual on our bus. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented to the driver at check-in.
• Transportation vehicles regularly sanitised
• Face Masks are recommended for all travelers both onboard the bus and while on the BC Ferries.

Logistics Instructions

Start location : Vancouver International Airport: Check in at the Skylynx counter located on the ground level of the US/International Terminal where they will check you in, tag and weigh your luggage. Then proceed outside to the bus platform (left side as you exit the terminal building) to bus bay #10.

End location : Dropped off at Capital City Station - The Victoria Bus Depot, located in the heart of downtown Victoria behind the iconic Fairmont Empress Hotel.
