From June to September guests can take advantage of the hotel's shuttle service to enjoy the numerous cultural and leisure events that are organised in the area: from St. Alessio with its cliff-top castle, to Taormina and Giardini Naxos. The hotel itself has 2 swimming pools, one of which is filled with saltwater - particularly suited for therapeutic bathing - a new initiative by the hotel to combine health and hospitality. Sports-lovers can attend courses in deep-sea diving, tennis, hang-gliding, rock-climbing, water-skiing and surfing. The hotel also provides transport to the Piccolo Golf Club situated on the slopes of Mount Etna, just a 30-minute drive away. The club offers not only a magnificent 18 hole golf course, with driving range and pitch and put green, but also an elegant and refined Club House, containing a restaurant, bar, meeting room, bridge room, sitting room with TV and locker rooms.
