The homes have all of the features listed below and have the added enhancements that vary with each home and may feature an additional living area or extra dining room, an extra TV, a VCR or stereo CD player. Each home offers a private pool with a screened-in pool deck with sun loungers and a patio table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen with all the cutlery, plates, cups and glasses making it easy to prepair meals. Master bedrooms have a king-size or queen-size bed with an adjoining full bathroom. Additional bedrooms have either a double bed or twin beds with at least one shared full bathroom. Further amenities will include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a radio, a washing machine and dryer, an ironing set, air conditioning and central heating.
