This complex consists of 2 hotel buildings sharing facilities. Surrounded by a beautiful garden with pine trees the main buildings are 3 and 4-storey and there is also a 2-storey apartment complex. The facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk and a currency exchange counter. In addition, a supermarket, a shop, a choice of bars, a hairdresser's salon, indoor and outdoor restaurants (with highchairs for children) and a car park are also available.

The complex is only around 100 m from the beach and lies at the heart of the tourist area. Side is around 1.5 km away, where guests will find bars, restaurants and shops in the centre. Antalya airport can be reached in 1 hour 10 minutes by making use of public transport.

Guests may select breakfast from a buffet. Dinner may also be chosen from the menu and lunch is available à la carte. Furthermore, it is possible to book a half-board stay.
