Facilities include a foyer, a currency exchange desk, a bar, a laundrette and Internet access in addition to an Italian sports café, a small supermarket and a sushi restaurant. There are car park and garage facilities for those arriving by car.

This hotel lies at the heart of Cabarete Kite Beach, beside the Dare2fly kitesurfing school on the sandy beach and just 20 minutes to the east of Puerto Plata airport. The centre of Cabarete is about 5 minutes away by bus or motor taxi, or it is alternatively possible to reach the centre via the beach (20 minutes walk).

Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet; breakfast and the midday meal are served up in the restaurant.
