Built on an area measuring 150,000 m², the holiday resort features Ottoman architecture, with well-maintained gardens, courtyards and a traditional caravanserai. The beach hotel was fully refurbished in 2010 and consists of a total of 450 rooms. The rooms are located in low rise blocks with carved, wooden featured balconies and also on the premises is a main restaurant, beach restaurant, á la carte restaurant, café and bar, as well as shops and a spa centre. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Further facilities include air conditioning, a hotel safe, currency exchange, cloakroom, hairdressing salon, games room, TV lounge, children's playground, kids' club, disco, conference facilities, wireless Internet access, a car park and a garage. For additional fees, a laundry service and bicycle hire are also available.

Located along the extensive coastline, east of Side, the holiday resort is close to the Kizilagac Tourism Centre and 12 km from the market town of Manavgat with it numerous restaurants, bars and shops. There are links to the public transport network nearby. Antalya Airport is 80 km away.

The board is all inclusive and meals are served in an open buffet form (imported drinks are not included). Dinner can also be taken à la carte.
