The complex was built in 1997 and completely renovated in 2000. There are a total of 74 apartments spread over a 4 floors. Numbered amongst the facilities are a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe and a café. There is also a bar, a pub, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant with highchairs for infants, Internet access and a playground. There are also laundry facilities available as well as room and medical services. The resort offers 2 different apartments: A type with 1 bedroom, living room with sofa-bed, equipped kitchen with 4 gas hobs, fridge and microwave, ensuite bathroom, satellite TV, terrace and safe. B type apartments feature the same facilities but they offer two bedrooms.
