The hotel has a total of 38 rooms and offers 24-hour service with a garden, a bar, a porter service, laundry room and fax services as well as Internet access. A few steps lead to the small but very well-presented lobby. There is a nice rug on the floor and a rounded table with a big vase of flowers just in the middle of the room to welcome guests. On the right of the entrance there is the reception desk and on the left a small luminous and bright bar.

The Hotel is centrally located on the residential Island of Lido, just 10 minutes from St. Marks Square (easily accessible 24 hours a day) by public water bus.

The breakfast room is on the ground floor on the left of the bar and in the same style with yellow table clothes and big colourful paintings on the walls.
